  • What are COPRINT compatible ink cartridges?

    Our compatible ink cartridges that are manufactured to meet specifications and standards used by the original OEM models but not branded as a major brand. They are brand new cartridges, not recycled or remanufactured. They should be at least comparable and may exceed the quality of the OEM cartridges.

  • What factors related to inkjet printer ink cartridge's period of validity?

    Firstly, please use red, yellow and cyan well-proportioned when you use color cartridge, because the rest will be not in phase if a color is used-up. Secondly, it is general that more ink will be used if the dpi is high. Thirdly, less ink will be used for light colors, while more ink will be used for red and cyan because they need one or more colors to be composed.

  • What is an ink refill kit?

    This is a kit containing the component parts, ink, syringes, clips and instructions, to refill your depleted cartridge with new ink; this is certainly the lowest cost way of extending your cartridge life.

  • What are remanufactured ink cartridges?

    Remanufactured ink cartridges are cartridges compatible with the OEM and manufactured by a third party, which were used once, and have been recycled and reprocessed from the original cartridges. The recycling and reprocessing process involves inspection, cleaning, replacing key parts and refilling the toner or ink. The cartridges are pressurized, print tested and guaranteed not to leak in transit or in your machine.

  • How many times can COPRINT laser toner cartridge be refilled?

    You can refill your toner cartridge until the cartridge wears out, then you purchase a new cartridge. There is no definite answer to this question because it varies from cartridge to cartridge. In general, you can recycle your cartridge more than three times, but it just depends on the cartridge's condition. 

  • Do COPRINT compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges last as long as OEM?

    All of our compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges are manufactured according to OEM specifications, and will equal or exceed the page yield of OEM products.

  • Are remanufactured toner cartridges really environmentally sound?

    The cartridge remanufacturing industry conserves more than 18 million gallons   of oil each year by remanufacturing toner cartridges. For each cartridge manufactured, more than three quarts of oil are burned. That's three quarts of oil a remanufacturer conserves each time a single cartridge is remanufactured. 


  • Will the climate factor affect the printing quality of compatible toner cartridges?

    The best storing temperature range for cartridges to obtain best printing quality is 10- 35 centigrade. If storing in high or freezing temperature for long time will definitely affect the printing performance.

  • What is toner powder?

    Toner powder is the powdery substance used by your laser printing system to print. Some people refer to toner as "dry ink powder".

  • Pages printed out are light in color, why?

     The printer setting may be in "toner save" mode, please reset to the default mode. 
     The OPC drum may be aged. Please replace it with a new one. 
     The mirror of laser scanner may be blurry with dust. Please clean it. 
     The LBD of laser scanner may be aged. Please replace it with a new one.
