Warranty

lthough the company tries to control the highest quality in production, we believe customer service is also vital for our business. We are responsible for the defect goods because of quality problem during the warranty period.

General Defect Rate

Compatible Ink cartridge:  less than 1%
Remanufactured black ink cartridge: less 1%
Remanufactured color ink cartridge: less 2%
Monochrome toner cartridge: less than 1%
Color toner cartridge: less than 1.5%

General Warranty Period

Compatible Ink cartridge: 2 year warranty
Remanufactured ink cartridge: 1 year warranty
Toner cartridge: 2 year warranty

Practice of RMA

Necessary information need to put forward by the customer before the RMA put into practice by our service department.
1. Model and quality of this RMA
2. Detailed description of quality problems
3. Photos of defect products showing serial no. of toner cartridge and ID mark of ink cartridge
4. Photos of printing quality problem

Solution of RMA

Within 15 days we will give customer a solution if enough proofs are provided by the customer. We will decide if the defect goods ship back to China or not. If the defect goods finally need to ship back, please pack them in good condition suitable for transportation and give us the necessary documents for importing into china.
